Banaras Hindu University has opened the portal for admission to the LLB programme for the session 2026-27. LLB is a three-year programme that is divided into six semesters. BHU admission to the LLB programme is based on the CUET PG entrance exam. Banaras Hindu University will open the admission portal for the Doctor of Philosophy programme for the academic session 2026-27 soon. BHU offers various PhD courses like Agriculture Economics, Agronomy, Food Technology, Horticulture, etc.  The examination will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Earlier, BHU RET was conducted for this course, but this year NTA will conduct the national-level research entrance test. Eligible students are advised to visit the official website and complete their application form for the entrance test. After clearing the entrance test, Students will be called for the Personal Interview.

Doctor of Philosophy/Vidyāvāridhi Degree in various disciplines is given in Section A Table 1(a) (through RET and RET Exempted mode) and through RET Exempted mode. Registration of candidates shall be done as per norms decided by the university's Academic Council from time to time.
